Secures workpieces using magnetic force without clamps or bolts; enables fast workpiece changes with consistent holding force for grinding, milling, and precision inspection.
Demagnetization
Removes residual magnetism from workpieces and cutting tools after machining, preventing chip adhesion and reducing measurement errors caused by magnetic interference.

Product Overview

A permanent electromagnetic chuck specifically engineered for heavy-duty cutting operations. By combining the strengths of both electric and permanent magnets, it uses electricity only during the magnetizing and demagnetizing cycles, eliminating heat generation during operation and maintaining superior workpiece precision. The EP-QD series features a specialized pole configuration that provides deep and powerful magnetic force, making it ideal for heavy milling. This allows for efficient 5-sided machining in a single setup.
